Conventional loans for eligible business real estate based transactions.
Conventional loans are backed by the assets financed and the financial strength of the borrower. Conventional loans do not have a government guaranty. Not having to comply with federal loan program restrictions allow conventional loans to be more flexible. Loan terms for conventional loans generally range from 1 to 10 years with amortization of up to 20 to 25 years. The loan-to-value (LTV) for conventional loans range from 50% to 70% of the appraised value of the assets financed.
